Mailing in an Item for a Signing?
If you purchased an autograph ticket for a private signing or a public signing that you cannot attend, please read the following mail-in instructions:
– Be sure to include a pre-paid return address label (you can get this at the post office or UPS/Fedex) or an SASE
so we can return your item to you after the signing. We recommend also getting insurance and signature
delivery confirmation on your package as well, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during
shipping.
– If you purchased inscriptions, include a note stating what you would like the inscription to say (inscriptions,
pen color, and autograph location are not guaranteed, but feel free to send instructions and we will do our
best to have the athlete accommodate your wishes).
– Include your receipt from your PayPal ticket purchase, or a money order/cashier’s check made out to Fiterman
Sports (no personal checks please).
– We will NOT accept counterfeit or “fake” jerseys of any kind at our events.
– Mail-in items with SASE or prepaid label may take 10 business days to process after an event.
